HOW TO GET IN SHAPE FOR THIS SUMMER



Namaste !

As probably 90% of you, When spring comes i feel the need to loose some weight and rock my bikini body . I'm a food lover so dieting is not for me! Yet i found the perfect deal: eating and practicing Yoga, I fell in love with this discipline a few years ago , and I'm a huge fan of Sadie Nardini work, she is the founder of Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga ( a type of yoga that links the movement with the breath ) and a columnist at the Huffington Post. The postures are not difficult to realize and you definitely feel better at the end.
